Anyway, I originally liked the "More like this" feature deviantART implimented... until they put it on deviation pages. Now, I don't get that many favorites compared to I guess what deviantART considers the majority, so as a result, the "More like this" section next to ALMOST ANY picture of mine is just my most popular pictures, all of which I find disturbingly overrated and does not represent my skill at all.
Just take a look at my newest deviations, hell, even older ones and the links are the same overrated shit that makes me feel bad about myself:
-That godawful "Naked Blaze" coloring job I did for
-That god damn "Shadow the hedgehog poster" I did in 2008 which still gets uninteresting and self centered comments to this day.
-And chapters from my cringe-worthy fanfic about the fancharacter Tibleam owned by
Why can't deviantART also associate pictures based on folders I assign it to in my own gallery, not just favorites? Why can't pictures of Hyper lead to more pictures of Hyper, or hell, regular anthro characters at all? Come on. And, to think, popular artists wonder why lesser known artists complain about lack of popularity. Clearly someone is misinformed.
